Personal data
The collection of personal data is carried out in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
The User is informed that the personal data marked as mandatory on the forms of the Site are necessary for its use. The personal data that ACUMASS may collect about the User includes:
- First name and last name
- Company
- Email address
- Phone number
- IP address, browser and type of device used

Exercise of rights
In accordance with the GDPR, Users have the following rights:
- Exercise their right of access to obtain information about the personal data concerning them;
- Request the update of information concerning them;
- Request the deletion of their personal data;
- Request the restriction of the processing of their personal data;
- Exercise their right to the portability of their personal data;
- Withdraw their consent when processing is based on consent;
- Provide instructions regarding the fate of their data after their death.
To exercise these rights, send an email to dpo@acumass.com. The legal deadline to respond is 1 month.
If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (+33 1 53 73 22 22).
Cookies
A cookie is a small computer file, a tracker, deposited and read when browsing a website, reading an email, installing or using software or a mobile application, regardless of the type of device used.
The Acumass website only uses a functional cookie (locale_set) to remember your language preference for 30 days. No analytical or advertising cookies are placed on your device.
